Renovated apartment, located on the 1st floor of a detached house. Entirely independent entrance. Quiet and green residential area in town!

Near Lyon 2 Bron university by bike 7 mins, medical school, Grange Blanche and nursing school, eastern hospitals.
Apartment with bathroom and independent toilets, kitchen with washing machine and all the equipment for eating, garden and independent terrace with table chairs, garden armchair and barbecue, to enjoy the greenery!
