Enjoy an elegant and central accommodation in the countryside, secure in the lower part of a villa with shops, bus, post office, pharmacy, 3 km from the center of Grasse and its perfumeries, museums, historic city center, media library, hiking, lake 3 km, beach 15 minutes, winter sports 2 hours, golf, and all sports nearby.
The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms with adjoining individual bathrooms, a fitted kitchen with all appliances and accessories including an ultraviolet disinfector for hygiene, a living room with sofa, TV, WiFi, a terrace with table, chairs and parasol for dining outside, parking or a large terrace for relaxing or sunbathing. Everything has been recently renovated and is accessible from the parking lot with a 15 cm step.

Nice room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, inhabited by the host and located in a secure residence (night watchman and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF train station (3 km) and to the city of Nice (15 km). Nice walks in nature and along the river at the bottom of the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small detail that does not appear in the list of supplies provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a TV and a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred because I am a non-smoker myself.

I am a civil servant and the mother of two children aged 20 and 21. I share my home with my son, a cat, two expressive but very friendly dogs, and two tortoises. I consider myself a down-to-earth and friendly person who respects each other's personal space and expects mutual respect. The tenant has the option of eating meals either in the living room or in their bedroom, provided they do not leave food lying around. The garden offers a pleasant space when the weather permits. Although located in a very quiet area, the house is close to various amenities such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a bus stop. There is also parking nearby. The tenant is expected to keep their room clean. As we share the premises, everyone is asked to ensure the cleanliness of common areas, such as the kitchen, bathroom, and toilets. Those who wish to smoke are permitted in the garden. The security deposit is due on the day of arrival. I think I've covered the essentials.
