The room meets all the comforts for 1 or 2 people. It is equipped with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a storage unit; WiFi is free The studio is equipped with a bathroom, toilet and kitchen, shared with other roommates. The garden is landscaped and quiet. The mountain is a small town near Nantes in the south Loire. It benefits from all amenities, a cinema, a market and numerous associations. A bus takes you to the terminus of tram 3 (la neustrie) which leads to the place du commerce in 23 minutes (city centre). Access to the Nord-Loire is facilitated by the nearby ferry which crosses the Loire (avoid taking the Cheviré bridge which is often congested).
