Nice room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, inhabited by the host and located in a secure residence (night watchman and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF train station (3 km) and to the city of Nice (15 km). Nice walks in nature and along the river at the bottom of the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small detail that does not appear in the list of supplies provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a TV and a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred because I am a non-smoker myself.

Following some unpleasant experiences this year, I would like to clarify that: - I am renting a room, not my house. - Use of the kitchen is limited to the preparation of simple, quick, and odorless meals, and access to the terrace for dining. - One load of laundry per week, detergent not provided. The house is close to shops and public transportation. For sports and hiking enthusiasts, the nearby hills offer great opportunities for outdoor activities. I prefer a female-only rental for mutual comfort and active stays. Naturally discreet and independent, I respect each other's space while being available, thus ensuring the peace and quiet of the tenants, and I expect the same discretion in return. Thank you.
