Bedroom 1 bed with duvet. Desk, storage, coffee maker, kettle. WIFI. Practical for students or working people on the move. Non-smoking. WC and bathroom are opposite. The entrance and corridor of the bedrooms allow you to move around independently and preserve your privacy. The rest of the apartment, including the kitchen, is not enclosed but it is my PRIVATE SPACE and I lead my personal life there. This is not a shared apartment. However, I offer to use the kitchen, fully equipped, and provide storage spaces (fridge, pantry). I ask that the drainer be freed and cleaned after use. Quiet apartment, large parking lot, very well located, 1.2 km from the city center by a pleasant pedestrian path. Bus stop nearby. The garden is pleasant but accessible from the living room and therefore at certain convenient times (PM). There is a tenant space with table/chairs/deckchair. Moments of exchange, if they arise, are a source of wealth in my opinion, but at the discretion of each individual.
