L'appartement fait 63 m2, comporte 1 salon-cuisine, salle de bains avec baignoire, toilettes séparées, balcon de 7m2 sur cour intérieure. Entièrement meublé et équipé. 1er étage avec ascenseur. Pas de place de parking.
Les colocs : 2 chats de compagnie, Nyx et Nana, pleins d'amour.
Et bien sûr moi-même : 33 ans, active, voyageuse, métalleuse, très sociable et curieuse, féministe inclusive, végétarienne, écolo, tatouée... Des voyages sont prévus de mon côté (déplacements pros), il est donc probable que je m'absente souvent et que vous ayiez l'appart pour vous.
La chambre libre est celle avec tous les drapeaux : 11m2, lit double en hauteur avec matelas de 120x190 et de l'espace pour faire office de table de nuit. Possibilité d'adapter l'espace sous le lit en échangeant avec le clic clac du salon, ou en installant votre bureau...
