You have access to the following common areas: fully equipped kitchen (possibility of cooking and having space in the refrigerator), living room with dining table, bathroom, WC and balcony terrace. It is requested to keep common areas clean after use.
The room can accommodate up to 3 travelers (1 double bed + 1 comfortable mattress on the floor if necessary).
The area is quiet and close to the city center, with many shops nearby (supermarkets, bakery, laundromat). It is located 10 minutes from the city center, the Part Dieu train station and hospitals/faculties. Tram and metro stops are a 5-minute walk away.
The residence is secure and has an elevator. Shower towels are not provided. Adorable animals are present on site.
