FOR RENT IN A QUIET ROOM IN A LIVING ROOM IN THE COUNTRYSIDE
My house is adjoining my son's family, his wife and their 2 children (4 years old and 1 year old). We are in a “country town” environment. It is possible to access a bus stop 10 minutes away on foot. There is a small supermarket and various shops 1.9 km away.
We are 13 km from Grasse, 15 km from Cannes and 21 km from Nice airport. We are 8 km from the University of Sophia Antipolis. If you have a car, you can park next to the house without problem. Possibility of bus on demand with Envy bus in the Casa area.

Nice room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, inhabited by the host and located in a secure residence (night watchman and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF train station (3 km) and to the city of Nice (15 km). Nice walks in nature and along the river at the bottom of the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small detail that does not appear in the list of supplies provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a TV and a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred because I am a non-smoker myself.
