Homestay room rental with 2 meals
The 9-month lease (September 2023 to June 2024) will be established as follows: a furnished room of approximately 16 m² (see photos, it will be tidied of course) with TV (including all Canal Plus channels, Sydney Plus Netflix, etc.) and wifi. The person will have access to the entire house (except the other rooms). The room must be free on weekends and holidays (except in exceptional cases, we can always make arrangements). The house includes a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub (not used for purely ecological reasons).
The price includes the rental of 250 euros and the charges of 200 euros (2 meals included).
Arrangements are always possible.

The bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms in the house by a landing. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. There is a toilet upstairs in the bathroom and another on the ground floor. A large winter garden overlooking the garden allows you to park a bicycle or other... The whole house is shared: kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine... and there is WiFi access.
