Lausanne City Center
I am leaving my shared apartment at the end of October, located in Lausanne City Center. I am looking for a roommate to take over my room from November 1, 2024, or earlier if we agree. The room is very large, 30 m², and benefits from beautiful sunshine during the day. The apartment is located in the heart of Lausanne.
5 minutes from the M2 metro (Place de la Riponne)
10 minutes walk from Lausanne train station
Bus stops 1 and 2 right in front of the building (Valentin)
You will share the apartment with a 29-year-old boy who works, calm and pleasant. The apartment has a large balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. A cellar is also available for your storage. Parking in the authorized zone in front of the building.
The room can be offered furnished or unfurnished. The rent is 950 CHF, charges included. Visits can be arranged this week via private message.
