La propriétaire ne m'a demandé ni caution, ni de signer de bail pour le reprocher ensuite. Une mauvaise expérience qui aurait pu finir autrement. La propriétaire était très gentille de premier abord mais a refusé d'écouter mes problèmes quand j'ai voulu lui signaler, aucune discussion n'a été possible. Elle a préféré avoir recourt à des menaces plutôt qu'avoir une discussion constructive. J'ai donc payé le loyer sur le mois entier, alors que je n'y ai passé que 2 semaines. Des détails ne sont pas dis en amont, comme le fait de devoir mettre le papier toilettes dans la poubelle sous peine de boucher les canalisations, ce qui, n'est pas très hygiénique. L'appartement est humide, même lorsque l'on ouvre les fenêtres tous les jours. Je ne recommande pas ce logement.

Deux semaines pour comprendre que l'appartement est humide quand il ya 35°? Et les messages dans lesquels tout était parfait??? Tu manœuvres d'intimidation et tes escroqueries ne tiennent pas la route, pauvre fille.
J'ai les preuves de ta mauvaise foi et je les garderai.
