I offer you a room (also ideal for a student)
on the second floor of a house.
You have the upper floor at your disposal, private bathroom and toilet, office and kitchenette and view of the garden...pleasant in fine weather.
We have a cat but he doesn't go upstairs, no worries he is very well behaved!
We are ideally located with bus and tram nearby (lines 2 and 3) walk along the Erdre and city center five minutes away and shops too, (mini-market and small food shops such as bakery, caterer etc.)
We are not far from the Talensac market or the Sainte Thérèse market, everything is close, even the faculty.
