Room for rent n°1 in village house
On the 2nd floor: bedroom n°1 of 10 m² with open view. It offers a 140 bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and small desk + lamp. Separate bathroom and WC on the 2nd floor to be shared between the 3 bedrooms. Bed linen provided.
Shared spaces: common room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen and living room) heated with a wood stove in winter. Access to washing machine. Presence of a cat but no other animals accepted. Smoking possible outside. No TV but a video projector accessible in the attic. The 1st floor is reserved for Béatrice, the owner. 2 bus lines (stop 50 m away “Le Pillot”) and TER in Brignais.
