Hello, I am offering a room for one or two people in an apartment on the first floor, located in the city center of Saint-Paul. Close to the bus station and the fairground market held on the seafront on Fridays and Saturdays, the accommodation also benefits from a fitness trail, which is appreciated in this heat. The kitchen is shared, as is access to the apartment. Currently, the bedding consists of two 140 cm mattresses, recommended for a good night's sleep. The accommodation is clean and offers a private parking space. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. Bath towels and sheets are provided. I live with my cats, who come and go as they please when I am there. Smokers are accepted, but only on the small balcony, which I have decorated with many plants. I rent a room in the apartment I live in. The residence is located on CD 41 in La Possession, 7 km from the coastal road. Very quiet residence which has a swimming pool and a beautiful view of the bay. Parking space. 30 minutes from St Denis/Mafate/beaches. You have access to the entire apartment and have a private fridge. My 3 and 5 year old children come sometimes, which adds a bit of “atmosphere” You will have much less heat and fewer mosquitoes because you are located at an altitude of 500 meters. School holidays are blocked on the site, but may be available. I do not take cleaning fees. If you have any questions do not hesitate.
